SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are delivered free of charge across India.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email.

Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Prepaid orders will be refunded once received back at our warehouse. Cash on Delivery orders will be cancelled.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted in cases of size concerns, incorrect product received, or manufacturing defects.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

A ₹70 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This allows us to maintain free shipping on all orders.

Items purchased on sale or discount, or products showing signs of use, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please share your order ID and product images via WhatsApp or email. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to availability.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Reverse pickup is arranged at a ₹70 fee. The replacement product is shipped to you at no additional cost.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and passes a quality check.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

A ₹70 pickup fee is deducted where applicable.

You may also choose store credit, which is issued faster and may include additional value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience.

This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history.

Your payment information is securely handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store sensitive payment details.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Information is shared only where required to fulfil your order.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Product visuals are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings.

Prices, product availability, and offers may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.

Misuse of return or exchange services may result in restrictions on future transactions.
